Refund policy

Pricing 

Our prices can vary from time to time due to supply.  No refunds will be issued due to changes in pricing.

We will do our best to meet or beat any pricing you find on items in stock in the US.

Returns/Canceled Orders

We have a 14-day return policy on most items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, there will be no refund on the cost of the original shipping and our cost to process the payment (typically between 3-4%) isn't refunded.

All items are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return, you can contact us at eastcoastholdenparts@gmail.com. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders canceled before they are shipped are subject to a 4% + .30 transaction fee.  This is our cost to process a payment through Shopify.  Any orders suspected as fraud will also have this fee deducted from the returned amount. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Electrical items cannot be returned, such as but NOT limited to the Holden key fobs.  The Holden key fobs are tested before being sent out and can be bricked during programming if done incorrectly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
